26 days delay in the delivary of the good purchased

Sir,

this is a complaint against Big Bazar (old madras road bangalore) who has not yet delivered the Dish Tv which i had purchased on 17th of August. neither has they ever gave me any call regarding the reason for delay and whenever i go and visit that branch personally they say that they are out of stock.

i request you to have a check on this.
