Faulty Summet Frontloading washing machine

Just briefing of the case.

I am a regular customer of Big Bazar since the year 2003 and purchase all monthly provision from Lower Parel unit which you can check with your record as well as the staff on ground floor..

I had purchased Sumeet Font loading washing Machine during the year 2007. When the installation engineer visited my house, he told me that it requires direct water inlet/ outlet to start this machine for which there was no provision at my flat. I had to wait till 2008 as I had to carry out the special provision in the bathroom. In the month of Oct my bathroom was ready with necessary provision I visited Electronic dept at Big Bazar they informed me that they do not have Sumeet aftersale Service dept contacts and kept on lingering the issue. After three months they managed to send a service mechanic on 31/12 who after two hours of effort could not start the machine. He has confirmed that the machine is not being used earlier and requested me that he need to take the machine to his service center. On Saturday i.e.4/01/09 he called me and informed me that the machine needs a repair and the expenses will be around Rs.5 k. I was really surprised with call since I had not used the machine and I have to pay Rs. 5k just to start with. On Sunday I visited Big Bazar and met Mr Sanjay Anand and explained the fact and requested for earlier solution in this regard.
