Sir,

Please be informed that, I am Bhubanmohan Das, one of the Ex- employees of Big Bazar (Pantaloon) Bhubaneswar, who served as a team member from 1st May to 19th July. I regret to say that I filled my PF Papers with the Company on December and as assured by the Company, I should get my dues within 4 months of fulfilling my PF Papers but although 5 months has been passed but I am yet to get my dues. As I needed the dues badly to fulfill my necessary requirements and no feedback from the company as yet.

So I request your kind intervention in resolving the matter for which I shall be obliged.
