Non Delivery of Product

Ref: My Slip No:1016 dated 08.03.2009

I ordered Samsung Washing Machine on 08th March an dpaid full cash at Big Bazar, Pondy Bazzar. Till today I did not get any information, when I will get the washing machine. Whenver I telephone, I am not getting any response and sometime, they will say it will be delivered tomorrow. When I visit and enquire, there were no responsibile officer and manager to talk and complain. Only the sales rep will be there and he will give the same answer. I paid RS.14200. I request the consumer forum to help me to sort out this issue.
