Big Bazar-VIP, Kolkata, W.B./ All-Out & Masoor Dal
Extra Price taken than MRP

I had purchased some items from Big Bazar-VIP Road, Kolkata, West Bengal via cash memo no T18/60382 dated 29/06 at 15:30:51 on 29th June, out of that they charged Rs. 118.80 for All Out Refill Pack (item code 205000002077649) where as the MRP was Rs. 110/-. In one other case in the same bill they charged Rs. 70.90/- for 1 kg. Masoor Dal manufactured by M/s Mark Commodities, Kolkatain the name of DAILY (item code 205000000029084) where the MRP was Rs. 63/-.

On 15 th July, I had lodged a complaint to " The Asst. Director, Consumer Affairs & F.B. Practices, North 24 parganas, West Bengal" and within next few days a copy of explanation letter send to BIG BAZAR (via memo no. 375/1 (2)/FBP/PGN/08 dated 22/07 was sent to me by post.

After that I am in dark about the on going process of the department.

Few days earlier once again a letter was set to " The Assistant Director, C.A. & F.B.P., 24 parganas (north) region, Barasat, West Bengal dated 27th March, asking the present status.

This is my last option to sent the mail to you. I had a great regards on the consumer forumn earler but now like all others I have a doubt about the department. I will be extemely happy if time proves I am wrong.
