Gift vouchers

I am writting as one of the most dissatiesfied customers of Big Bazzar. I wanted to get Gift Voucher for Rs.3000/- and went to Big Bazzar J.P. Nagar Branch a few days back. The floor manager said they could not give vouchers as the same can not be billed due to serer issues! Then I went to Big Bazzar situated at Shanthi Nagar Bus stop, voucchers were stocked out!

Today I went to J.P. Nagar Branch again, some of the people attending customers not even know what is a gift vouchers (poor knowledge of staff) and finally the shop floor manager said, they could not give today and told me to come tomorrow - Reason, the concerned person is not available today!

How rediculous is this, such a big firm playing foot ball with the customer, especially when I intend to give business to them!!!

This behaiour would not help - I have decided not to enter any Big Bazzar branch any more!!!
