I purchased Moto L9 mobile phone from this shop on 07-Nov. With this mobile phone, there was a lucky coupon scheme. I scratched the lucky coupon and a wrist watch came into it. The shop owner asked me to collect the wrist after two days.

After two days when I contacted shop owner, regarding wrist watch, he said that he has sent the coupon to company and has not received the wrist watch from the company yet. He will probably receive it after one week and will call me to take wrist watch from him.

After one week, i didn't receive any call from him. When I tried calling him he was not attending my calls and after many trials he picked up the call and when i asked him about the wrist watch then he again said the same thing.

I am contacting him again and again but he is not concerned about it and he always gives me same reply. It has been two months since I purchased my cell phone and i have not received my wrist watch.
