Big C people are not replacing my Big C mobile where it has 1 year warrenty and I purchased that last month, Warangal

I have purchased a Big C mobile C-TEL 536 in July at cost 3000 in Warangal (Dist). Aafter 6 days battery was not working so I gave to Big C people in Warangal. But afte two days again same problem so i requested the Big C people replace my mobile but they are not replacing my mobile and even they are not repsonding properly. this is the 7th day after giving my request. and more over my mobile is with tehm only.
