Ad customer service and pooor delivery

I have subscribed the service since september and have been recieving movies in a 2 dvd plan. During the time of sign up no one told me that the service would be so erratic and the movies would not be coming as per my queue but only at their sweet will..there are 25 plus movies in my queue... and any movie comes.so if i put a kids movie for the weekend, it would definitely not come.it was a dissapointing experience as i signed up for a full year and now i am regtretting.

I was greatly hassled when movies stopped coming and they didnt come for 8 full days... sending e mails, calling up each day... gave no results... till today (its 20 days) and no personnel has called me and resolved my issue.i have gone and exchanged movies from the store but no official has called me .it is crazy, when i have paid for a service and i am not getting it.

I would never be a repeat customer and would advise all against subscribing to it.do not go for any gimmick they pose because they are all false promises...
