Failure of Delivery - Even after Standing Instruction

They are not delivering the movies on a daily basis (even after standing instruction given to deliver everyday) after repeated complaints and escalations the management of Big Flix is not responding to my plea.

Looks like big flix charge the customer (monthly rental) even incase of not sending the movies.

Pick up & Delivery Request: Big flix is telling as send a sms every day to 55454 (which is a chargeable amount of Rs. 3/- every day) or place a telephone request everyday (which is again chargeable amount of Rs. 3/- minimum every day) or log on to the internet to place request (People who don't have internet, need to go to internet browsing centre and spend an amount of Rs. 10/- minimum every day)

I am sincerly hoping that we get service for what we pay for from Big Flix
