Complaint regarding poor services and quality of disks

I never got a proper DVD from these guys..wrote them several emails, called them one hundred times... But no use.. I got a broken DVD and now i am being blamed for its condition... I recommend to everyone, never use Big Flix services..They are so unprofessional people, big hoax and liars...

Relaince sucks!
