No service provided

I took a subscription of movie rental service of BigFlix.com On June 06.

I got my first DVD delivered on Jun 06 and after that no service is provided by BigFlix.

I called customer care and opened a complaint :--77540

No resolution is provided till date and when i asked about cancellation of subscription they are not ready to refund the money...

I am feeling cheated... Please Help me
