Delivery Issue

I, Sandeep Kumar, Presently residing in 504, A-11, Happy valley Homes, Manpada, Thane (W), want to state that i have completed my resistation on bigflix.com on 27th of this month at around 11:30 am after talking to the customer care, who assured me to deliver the cd to my house within 24 hours of the request. Today is the 4th day and i havn't received any such cd yet. I am calling them regularly for last 3 days and i have spent lot of time as well as money in the same. I am very upset with the service. Whenever i call them, they keep on promising me to deliver it within few hours of my call, but they aren't. Moreover, when i requested them to get me to any senior person; they refuse to do so. They even dont explain the sufficient and clear cause of non-delivery. They have already charged my account 3 days back. I am very upset with the service.

Kindly do the needful and return me all the money including the time i have spent and the mental pain i have gone through.
