BIG HOAX, FLOP

I am furstrated complaining tirelessly for non-delivery of dvds on time after pick up request has been sent. when called customer care, standard answer is your complain is fwd and you will get dvd asap (god know if they know meaning of asap). when asked for contacting supervisors, he is never present in office at that time. i have made mistake of joining bigflix for 6 months at once. please be careful of BIG HOAX, FLOP show from BIGFLIX!
