Worst service

Hi Friends,

If any one who wants to become a new member for Bigflix, i request not to become for the following reasons.

1. The plan rate is so high and u never ever get the DVD or CD which u really wanna see.

2. The worst service, if we try to book the movie online, either it wont be available or it will be in long queue which u never get in time.

3. The customer service is really worst, they dont know how to communicate with the customers. They are so demanding that if we request any DVD to help out, they willsimply hang the call.. it has happened with me for 5 time.

4. Many of the DVD's doesnt work.

5. There are very less Regional Movie collection.

I asked for the movie which is Hollywood block buster and nominate for 6 Acedamic awards called SCARE FACE and it was not available online in Big flix web site. I called up customer care and got to know that they are not tie up with Mouser Bare DVD's or CD's so we cant see that movie in Bigflix and they are fucking so harsh that they told me to buy and see if i wan.. No decency..

So i request friends not to get into this trap of bigflix and better take it off or end the account if u r done with it..
