Movie checked out on 11th Jan still not delivered to me

I am tremendously upset with the service BigFlix is providing. Movie checked out on 11th Jan is still not delivered to me in-spite of repeated complaints. Every time I call the customer care I get the response that my complaint has been escalated and they are working on it. I think I made a grave mistake by subscribing to BigFlix.
