Charging Monthly subscription without showing the channels

With reference to the above subject, I would like to bring into your kind attention that, I have subscribed to BIG TV in the month of May 08. The BIG TV offered 03 months free subscription. After passing period of 03 months, the services and channels have been locked from 19th Aug. 08 by BIG TV Center. At that time I had Rs. 50 balance in my account. Since this time, it is inactive. 04 days before writing this letter (i.e. on 20th Nov. 08), I asked to Customer Care about my account balance, the C.C. executives replied that there is Rs. -270 (negative). It astonished me. I asked for detailed account. But he failed to do so. In reply, he just said that you have use the services and channels more than 03 months. How could I do this? As the channels were locked from BIG TV and I have no controlling over there to restart it, without making recharge. Now after passing 02 days (i.e. on 22nd Nov.08), I again asked for the reasons behind negative balance, he fails to give answer but he said that you have Rs. -725 (negative) balance in account. Just 04 days before, I have Rs. -270 balance and now, I have Rs. -725 (i.e. Rs. 455 were been credited to my account).
One thing is not clearing me that, Whenever I click to any channels, a message appears that please subscribe to the channels. i.e. the channels are locked. And if I am not using the channels and services from you, why the monthly subscription is being charging to my account. Its just ridiculous.
Please, send the monthly statement of account of my Subscriber ID also clarify (reply) and find the reasons behind charging monthly subscription without viewing the channels.
If you fail to do these, I will have no option except to go for it in Consumer Court. Also send me the details about surrendering BIG TV Services. (Must be shameless for you.)
An early action is anticipated in this regard.
