Unable to get any channels

I purchased new Big TV on 25/12 set top box is installed, it is already more that 13 days activation is not done. if i contact retailer he asked to contact distributer, if i contact distributer he ask to contact customer care. if i contact customer care they will ask again to contact retailer and distributer, And they will inform that they are not updated my details and they don't have any confirmation how many days it takes. I request every one not to purchase big tv.
