i have applied for premium pack (Rs. 2690) but they have activate wrong paln Lite pack .my complain of wrong paln activate was loged on 26.11.2008 but after a long time there is no action on this compalain my complain no. is 81410579 dt 26.11.2008 & my smart card no. is 200538891217. sir i want to disconnect this service. but customer care executive says they have not any option for surender. please solve my problem immediate
