I had bought a Big TV connection last month.
While installing the DTH connection, the service engineer attending did not get the cable through a sealed enclosure and provided us with a connection through a window in a shabby manner.
To get this query resolved i called up the Customer Care to ask for assistance such that they can pass the cable through a sealed enclosure.
I was told by the person attending that it was not possible to do that and i will have to make my own arrangements, when i tried to emphasize on wanting a cable through a sealed enclosure for which i was willing to pay the necessary additional charges if any that have to be incurred.
I was told by the person attending that "We ask customers to buy some other connection who want a BIG TV installation through a sealed enclosure" and "Why did you buy BIG TV, if you wanted this".
I readdressed this issue on 14/12/08 to the floor supervisor of the Customer Care about the experience I had and was told that i will be attended to in 48 hours and will be provided with an engineer who will provide a sealed enclosure.
Until now nobody has attended to me and have solved this query of mine.
