Dear sir/madam,

i am ankur jain from nanauta.i am using big tv before 6 months.and i have seel out 7 more connections of big tv to my friends.i have a problem in my big tv before 2 months.here is the hanging problem in all of my big tv, i have submit 5 times the complaint in customer care they says that the ingeneer has been come as soon as to ur home & solve ur problem.but no body has been come till now.my smart card no. is 200564752035 & i have submit a complainet at 10 feb.2009 & 2nd complainet was at 16 feb. the com. no. is 89170618 solve my problem till 5 march otherwise i have submit this problem to consumer coart.my cont.no.is 09837816914/09258786918/09719831780.
