The worst service i have ever seen

My big tv services are being in activated at every 15 days. Though even now i have a balance of 350 rupees and also a one year free programme. And whenever i want to call customer care center it will minimum take 1 hour to talk with representative. And today i have trying from 12 noon, and now its 5 pm, still i could not manage to talk. Even that chargable number is also busy. The worst service i have ever seen in my life. Company claims that 11 language call center, though no one is going to pick your phone.
