Too Many Problems and Issues

We got a Big TV connection 6 months ago- now for the last 11 days we have been trying to get our subscription changed from Premuim PAck for our 2 TV's to Max PAck- where not only will we get more channels but also save about 200 rupees as for the second TV the Price will be half.
I have called 16 times, the numbers are impossible to get through the day, so I call at night after 12.00 pm, they have raised three complaints and on 2 occassions have closed the complaint without resolving the problem, if I ask for a manager I am told that he will say exactly what the agent is saying, what kind of management does this company have?
After holding for 20 plus mins we have been told that the system is under updation, their system is always under updation, whether it is night or day and a simple request to change the subscription pack has left us extremely frustrated and depressed.
I am seriously considering throwing BIG TV out as I have no other option left.
Quite frankly the attitude we have seen from BIG TV is quite synonomous with the ANIL AMBANI group of companies (our experience with Reliance mobile a few years ago was quite similar so the inly solution was to throw it out) where for payments it is always a one way street and customer service is a necesary devil, a customer with an issue is always a pain.
