I can’t see any of the channels from my South Popular pack

I purchased Big TV connection and selected south popular pack on a 12 months contract. My smart card No 200582248804 in the name of CARTHIK SESHAN Mobile No 9945661000. I am unable to view any of of the channels on the South Popular pack.

1. I have complained many times to customer care but all my complaints have been closed without resolution. The customer care display extremely rude behavior

2. The Nodal Officer contact information published on Big TV website, are not functional!

Request information on how this can escalated to the Consumer Court.
