BigTv Fraud pay attention

I had made recharge via credit card (HDFC BANK) on www.bigtv.co.in. I return i got the transition id and it is properly shown in my bank statment that payment has been made. But BigTv representative were refusing that they didn't get the money and They do not have the tieup with HDFC, so it can't be possible. But I am having the transition id which only been given on successful payment, how they can refuse it. I had made the payment before also with the same card...
Plz help me out
