Aginst relocation services

I am Big Tv customer Id 200505629710 since 2008. I relocated from Jharkhand to Kolkata, they are taken service charges for relocation but he did not provide services. In providing service they taken maximum 24 hours but today more than 20days happens i could not receive the service. When i called up in there customer care they replying wait for anthor 24 hours we will providing the services. What legal i can take aginst them suggest me?
