Product not working, complaint lodged with Customer care on 15.10.09, no response till date

Product not working, complaint lodged with Customer care on 15.10.09, no response till date TAT committed by customer care was max 48 hrs but till date no resolution.

Again reminded on 20.10.09 & 22.10.09 but till date problem not resolved.

Complaint no.1112241915 dt. 15.10.09

Interection no.1446890897 dt. 20.10.09

Interection no.1450322827 dt. 22.10.09

renewed for one year in may, 09 and paid in advance Rs. 2700 but with such service can not servive more, please suggest fruitful resolution.
