No regional channels are comming after 1yr subscription

Sir,

1 year subscription got over. But according to Government rules, they should provide reginol TV channels free of cost for next 6 months even though i do not continue subscription.

But i am not able to tune to any of the reginol channels. :(

please help me out, whom to contact on this.
