BIG TV
Plan not as per commited & No Service

I have purchased Big Tv connection But is was not as per the plan which were explain by big tv executive at the time of sale.

Also the service is also not proper... i have to communicate lots of time with them to sloved the problem... Also the person is alloted for our area is not responding properly... They had taken three days to solve two min problem... Still one problem is pending and i am following for this since 4 days... But all the time i geting only promices... No action...
