Delay in installation

It is confirmed from call center that engineer is going to come and going to install the BIG TV in 72 hours, it is been more than 72 hours... no one has given me call about installation or delaying installation. We are eagarly waiting for entertainment... we have purchased the setup box and which we can not return and buy any other DTH.
