I have taken a BIG TV connection 15 days before, my card no is "200518725769" and very next day i am getting black screen with BIG TV Logo.
I have called up the customer care and they gave me a complaint number: "75262878" and assured me that my problem will be resolved in 4 hrs. I waited for 6 hrs and again i called up the customer care, now they said that it will be resolved in 48 hrs. I asked him to tell exactly why the screen is in black with the logo. He said to check the signal condition, i checked it was showing POOR quality. He said we will rectify your problem within few hours. Not the hours are going on days are going on till now no one noted my complaint and didn't rectify the problem. I contacted the person who installed, he said me to press 23467 button on the screen and press OK, nothing happened, his response is very worst. He said if i am free i will come and i am busy right now. See his performance.
I fed up calling up the customer care coz same reply (within few hrs) no action. Then why the hell you are providing the customer care. I disconnected the local cable connection, now we are not able to watch anything.
I want my connection to be connected and if not refund me my full ammount if they can not provide any after sale service to the customers.
