I had bought the starter pack for big tv about 20 days back and called the customer service and generated the work order on the same day. After 72 hours of generating the work order i logged a complain with the customer care. They gave me a complaint number but even after 16 days nothing has happened and i have been calling their customer care on a daily basis.

I would rather not recommend this to anyone
