Poor Feed back from customer care

I have bought Big tv before 45 days. Suddenly one day I got problem with the signal. I have made a complaint to Customer Care on 13th Sep 2008. They gave me feedback that their service man will come within 48 hours. But no one came and kept on complaining in customer care. The fellow who spoke to me last on 26th sep 2008 gave me a rough response and he ghave me a complaint no (76688588). He promised me that his service men will come within 48 hours. Until now no one has attended our problem. we have fed up complianing to the customer care and shop keeper. We have hardly watched Big Tv for hardly 25 days and we need back our money. Its better to have cable connection rather having a DIsh
