Set of Box Not functioning

After getting set of box after three weeks it was installed.

Next day the set of box was not functioning.

My Complaint No 76776837 given by Big TV on 27th Sept.

Till date the Problem has not be solved. In spite of several complaints through CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE by Phone and Emails. Even local office also. Response that i get from them is false promise of attending to the problem But nothing is been done.

I have never seen such A WORST SERVICE from any organization PATHETIC is the word for service
