WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

BIG TV customerv service is perhaps worst in the world. Even after one week of registring complaint of having incorrect installation offer vide no 77320724 dated 5th Oct & 77474935 dated 07th Oct, and making daily calls to their service centre on numerous occassions nothing has been done so far to get the problems corrected. Will anyone give me Mobile no of their highest authorty for registering complaint.
