Signal Lost

Sir,

I am a BIG TV customer having the a/c number 200570860005. I have been confronting signal lost problem since 13/09/09. I have registered my complaints many times by calling to the customer care number with the complaints numbers (109073462 on 13/09, 109524231 on 19/09, 109916799 on 25/09, 110057649 on 28/09, 110208858 on 30/09, 110549507 on 06/10). I have also complained through the mail on 30/09 and 06/10. But sir until now i have not gotten any service.
