We had purchased BIG TV set top box and connection on the basis of advertisement floated by BIG TV that in Rs. 2990/- for period of one year. now our connection got expired in six month and company is claiming that we had purchased the connection of Rs. 2990/- but they have issued the connection for period of six months. We had lodge complaint to the company on various occassions and no responce received from company official at customer care center. our complaintr no. is 94448100 which is pending for resolution from more than 10 days, which is against the customer rights.
