Non activation of centrix from past 1 month

I would like to complaint regarding your service.

Our company deals with Computer education, sales, rentals and Services and we got 5 branches in bangalore, currently we are having around 50 corporate connections of Aitel, 5 Centrix and 8 landline connections overall and braodband connection in all the branches. Recently we opened our new branch in Kammanahalli and we asked for Centrix activation and from past 1 month it has not been activated upon giving so many calls and complaints to your branch people but we dint get any type of response for those complaints. so i would like to ask you that, do you people provide this type of service to customer
