Bike sent through railway parcel but not reached

I have sent my bike through indian railway parcel service on 25th May from Nagpur to Secunderabad (receipt no.051830) and 4 days are over still my bike has not reached to secunderabad.

I am regularly going to secunderabad station and everyday i am getting same response from railway authority that your bike has not yet come. they are saying me to check the status in source station, now i am in hyderabad how can I check the status in source station. I dont have any contact details of Nagpur parcel office. Is there any way to track the status of parcel sent through railway.
