Replace of parts (Speed metre)

I, Sumit kumar sinha, have purchased the Glamour-FI on 22-6-10 bearing Reg. no. WB 74 R 6029 . Speed meter and self start is not working now. I have complained several times about this problem to the nearest Servicing Center named M/s Pratik Auto Mobile, Asham More, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal during free servicing of my bike. Six months have been passed till that the Manager of this Servicing Centre is saying that this parts are not available in company. Is this right??? Servicing of bike is not done satisfactory. His service is very poor. Kindly arrange this parts as soon as available. My bike is under warranty.
