Wheel Wrabbling

Hi,

I have bought a Bike (Splendor Pro) on 30th Apr'11 from ARC Motors Okhla, I have given bike for first at service centrer (ARC Okhla) @ 633KM then I told them wheel is Wrabbling in my bike.

After service I took it from service centre and they tod me we have fixed that problem, but wheel was still Wrabbling in my bike again I went at service centre then they have issued a letter for change of rear tyre at Dunlop office Mayapuri then I went Mayapuri for change rear tyre they said we can't loose tyre, do that local mechanic and we can change only tyre I have losse tyre from local mechanic and paid 10% of tyre's cost, but again wheel is Wrabbling

Kindly suggest as I am very unhappy by this kinds of service
