Recieved mail for winning lottery

Dear Sir,

I have received a mail from m_soft73@hotmail.com and Microsoft4970@org of The Msn/Yahoo Lottery Corporation PO Box 1010, Liverpool L70 1NL United Kingdom saying that I have won the Prize money of 500, 000 Great Briton Pounds Sterling. Also got a phonecall for identity proof from Billy Smith and e mail from billysmith41@hotmail.com. I have forwarded the scanned copy of PAN. Please check the identity and authenticity of these mails.
