Late receipt of bills

Sir,

I am residing in Group 13 (179-A), Pocket A-3, mayur Vihar Phase - III, Delhi 96. Normally we are receiving bills so late i.e. due date printed on the bill si 7th January and the same is received on 25th January with a rubber stamp of 30th January. The Postoffice and Banks are not accepting the rubber stamp.

Please look into the same and take necessary steps to rectify the same.

Also arrange for the online payment system, which is convenient to all public.
