Wrong billing amount & address in the name of builders

Dear Sir,

Meter No. : 06290951

in the name of Dhuri Bldrs, Sheetal Bldg, Flat 203/B, Dewanman Road, Manikpur-401202.

Refer to above subject first thing I would like to know my above consumer no. is in the name of Dhuri builders and myself and my neighbour is receiving the bill on the same address. We have to find out our bill according to the consumer/meter no. My flat No. is B/202 and my neighbour it is B/203 and receiving the bill on builder's name. I have submitted an application on this regard to your good office to change the billing address from Dhuri builders to my name but there is no response from your side and still receiving the bill on the same address. my address is Saji George, B/202, Dhuri Shital Bldg., Dhuri Complex, OM Nagar, Vasai (West). Now you just tell me what is to be done to change the address in my name.

Secondly, every month I am noticing that my bill amount is increasing as in day time nobody is at home (from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm) and I am using only light, fan, fridge, mixer and TV during this time. compared to others bill (eventhough those who are sitting full day at home) I am receiving the bill amount of more than Rs.1000/- which seems it is wrong meter reading /bill. you are requested to please look into the matter and change my meter if necessary. Hope to receive a favourable reply from you and accordingly I can move further.
