I am a regular visitor to Reliance Fresh (Jalahalli West, SM Road). During one such visit last month (11th November1), the customer service in-charge across the counter swiped my card for the purchase I made. Reliance card number is 6048 6310 1541 7697.
Claiming a failed transaction he asked for my card again. In reality the first transaction had not failed at all. This is something I realised when I saw my card statement. This is a clear case of negligence or even blind folding a customer for personal gain. I have been in constant touch with the Manager for the past one month and have been getting one lame excuse after another but have not got my money yet. Provided there isnt a speedy action in this regard I would be forced to leave the matter in other hands.
