Late delivery

We are the regular customer of on dot courier but we facing many time some problems in delivery of courier but at time we are facing a big problem with your services. We send four couriers in date of 3rd july in the branch of massodpur dairy farms vasant kunj new delhi-110070.and when be submit these courier nobody give us POD.he says we have no slips at time we delivered these slips tomorrow but nobody give us POD. second when we called him nobody picked up any call and after some time mobile is been switched off.

In these courier two courier of local and two of mumbai, but any courier not deliverd

in the time of today. Pease solve it ASAP. and we hope this problem is not facing by us next time.
