First of all I would like to state I am surprised and shocked to receive your above bill for payment of Rs.505.62 being bank charges and service charges. I have not transacted any business with you though a demat account was opened and am stil awaiting to receive from you the USERNAME and password to operate it. This account was opened in Septemebr 2007 and it is almost a year nothing has happened. Hence I am not liable to pay any amount of your bill and any recovery from my account with you will be liable for legal case against your bank. I have been reading thru many papers about your arrogant behaviour with your customers and your goodaism attitude. This will not be tolerated by me at any cost. Yours is a most useless bank which has no customer friendliness and you are cheating the public and making extortions by sending goondas to extract the money.

Any sort of your behaviour will tantamount to encroaching into my privacy and will be liable for prosecution case against you.
