Not replacing the part even within the guaranty period

Dear sir

I bought a cooler on 22 April 09 with 1 year guaranty from bineet enterprises (new Delhi). The fan of the cooler did break before the one month over with the cooler and the owner refused to replace it.and now the pump is also working.all this has happed within a months time. I request you to take neccesary action against the owner.the address is mentioned below.
