Binocularsm 4x30mm pop up LNV scope

I have purchased Binoculars by paying Rs147 cash vide Order No: 4580189 Date:05-04 from rediff shopping. Above order was despatched by DTDC courier vide AWB no.m34905051/REPL AWB No: m34905051. The status of above consignment is showing delivered but in fact it it was neither delivered to me nor received by me.

Today I contacted to DTDC local office where I was informed that due to wrong posting by us it is showing delivered actually it was returned to Ojjas Enterprises. They told that two consecutive entries were exchanged during posting.

I have earlier complained to Rediff shopping and M/S Ojjas enterprises via order feed back but non of them is coming forward to resolve the problem.

How they are allowed to do transactions and ultimately business if not willing to resolve the problem of no delivery of item?

Could I get the product delivery against my above order?
