Hello sir/ madam,
i had ordered the bio white skin whitening cream - 6 pcs (each of 50 gm) from a marketing company in australia by name Softuch skin care. i had sent the price through western union money transfer to the company which is about 106AU$ including postal and handling charges. After they took the money, they had sent the product through registered post bearing the no. RP000461271AU. But still i didnot received the parcel. can you please file this complaint using the registered post number and Hope to get a good result. thanking you.
